created a basic database, saved and closed
when opening, I get an out of memory message
tried recovering, program went through recovery but will not open file
also, when attempting to open the file, program goes to filter options page, but still doesn't open even if a filter is selected
not able to open the file

The crash of OOo can happen in various reason, if recovery fails to recover file, your data lost. Create backup file.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
