Description tom_102 2012-02-22 10:11:58 UTC
When I click "File" -> "Open..." and try to Copy any file (In "Open" window) Open Office suddenly crash.
Comment 1 zhao xia 2012-02-27 09:15:30 UTC
Confirm I can reproduce this problem on Windows XP SP3 against ooo dev Rev. 1240836. The difference is insteading of crash, my AOO freeze.

@tom_102@vp.pl and @zhao xia:
Can you please check again with the latest developer snapshots?
You can found them at https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OOOUSERS/AOO+3.4+Unofficial+Developer+Snapshots

I can not reproduce the defect under Windows 7 with latest developer snapshot, rev. 1293550
Comment 3 Olaf Felka 2012-02-28 16:29:23 UTC
I can't confirm with snapshot r1293550.
Comment 4 Oliver-Rainer Wittmann 2013-06-04 10:40:35 UTC
Reproduced with snapshot build from 2013-05-07 on Windows XP VM
Comment 5 Rainer Bielefeld 2013-08-29 04:47:28 UTC
Very rare descriptions here!

a) I think are talking about OS File dialog, not AOO File dialog?

b) Try to copy with <control+c> or context menu or Win dialog 'Organize -
   Copy'?

c) @Olaf Felka: Without info concerning your OS it's hard to rate your observation

d) I did not reproduce the crash with several server installations 3.4.1, 4.0-dev
WIN-7. That might mean that this crash is XP only or related to
   conditions not mentioned here?
