in the attached file, the left/right margins are set as 0.2cm in page settings. 

Click File->Page preview, zoom in to check the marginal characters, they are not truncated.

Print.

characters are truncated...I think page preview should be the same as the actual print effect.

No effect. 
I tried on Aoo trunk build 1376366 on XP SP3, the same problem. Characters are truncated after print.
