ALG: There is no way currently to get the hex code from any position on the screen. There is the ColorRelacer (tools menu) which already allows to pick a color with a pipette, but does not show the color value. There is also no possibility to take over the chosen color to the palette or as current fill color. This would easily and intuitively add missed functionality.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
