select drawing => select face symbol in "Symbol Shapes" => Click on edit style => Select shadowing => Select Use Shadow => Open another drawing => Copy the symbol from the first drawing and paste it in the second drawing.

The shadow of the symbol is not copied to another drawing.

Fixed in AOO 3.5

I reproduced your bug and I have the same problem when I copied the Symbol in other page.
