Please let me know of instructions to add the credentials for identi.ca facebook and Google plus accounts for PPMC control for the following accounts:

I'd recommend starting with this FB page:

To put it under PPMC control you would do the following:

1) Post a note to ooo-dev saying that you would like to make this be the official FB page for Apache OpenOffice and put it under PPMC control

2) There will be a discussion on the list, wait for there to reach consensus.  It might take a couple of days.

3) Ask if there are any PPMC members who want to co-admin the account.   For each one that volunteers, add them as admins:

a) From  the page's Admin Panel pick Manage/Edit Page
b) On the left, pick "Manage Admins"
c) Add each of the PPMC volunteers

4) The volunteers will help you get the page set up and ready to launch.  When ready we have several ways of promoting and cross-promoting the page.
