wrong page number of TOC

Steps:

1. Open attached docx file with AOO.
2. Check the page number in TOC

Problem:
The page number of the TOC is not same with that in MS Office 2010.

patch for page num in Toc from docx

Patch from bug 120736

When insert Toc, the whole page layout will be affected. 
Thus it's necessary to re-calculate whole layout after insertion of Toc.
