Build: AOO3.4 rev 1327774


Description:

1. open the attached sample file in AOO and MS
2. check the alternative text in MS , object->web->alternative text
is "Callouts"
3. right click to enable the object description dialog,check the alternative text in AOO

Defect:
the title box has no any content

It seems this never worked, for Pictures I already see that problem with OOo 1.1.5
