  Use sample file is ok.

Reproducible with "AOO 4.0.1 Release – German UI / German locale [AOO401m5(Build:9714) - Rev. 1524958 2013-09-20 11:40:29]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", “historic” 4.0 User Profile used for all predecessor versions

I doubt that the problem is limited to Tables, see "Issue 121356 - Crash when loading pptx file second/third time after deleting user profile" and Issue 124618 Comment 5
Comment 2 Rainer Bielefeld 2014-04-07 17:50:15 UTC
Still Reproducible with server installation of "AOO 4.1.0-dev – English UI / German locale - [AOO410m14(Build:9760) - Rev. 1583418_2014-04-02]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile.
