I downloaded 3.4 and installed it, could not open if because of a missing dll file. Error message said re-installing might fix it. I re-installed, clicked on "repair" button, and still cannot open the new version--or any of my old Open Office files. The file that it missing is comphelp4MSC.dll. I need help!

Are you still facing this problem with opening up OpenOffice because of a missing dll file?

Please provide feedback as requested and re-test with the
the latest version of OpenOffice - the problem(s) may already be addressed.

I'm leaving this issue in the UNCONFIRMED state for now. But I'll need to move it to RESOLVED/IRREPRODUCIBLE soon if I cannot find a way to reproduce it.
