Dear Sir,

When  a user try to give printing from a open office version 3.3 file  to a windows share printer , no action takes (printer icon comes in taskbar for a while and then disappears).However when he  try to print from other applications like notepad,wordpad,mail system, printing comes immediately.

We have removed and reconnect the windows share printer many times, but no use.
