"Save Keyboard Configuration" dialog does not display the file extension for "Configuration" file type

Under Tools/Customize/Keyboard, click Save: Dialogue window does not offer any file type, just 'All files'. It should default to a specific type/extension, eg, 'kbd' or 'ook' or....

The dialog offers two items in the "File type" list box: "All (*.*)" "Configuration" The file extension for "Configuration" is .cfg I see following enhancements: * add the extension to the "File type": "Configuration (*.cfg)" * make this file type the default * add the "~Automatic file name extension" check box
