Build:AOO 3.5 Trunk r1381968

Step:
Open the sample file in AOO that withOut MS office install, double click the Chart OLE

Defect
A temp chat document open, but it open in read-only, we can't change the chart type and chat data.

This issue not repro on Symphony and LibreOffice
