Build: Aoo_Trunk Revision :1383857 

Steps:
1. Launch AOO and new a writer
2. add header and set header's background to Red, or set it to a graphic 
3. save it as doc format
4. close and reopen the new saved doc file in AOO

Bug:
header's background lost.

it can be reproduce for footer.
