Build:

Steps:
1)open sample file created by MS Word 2003 in AOO
2)check cross reference of "Footnote Number" and "Footnote Number(formatted)".

Defect:
The "Footnote Number" and "Footnote Number(formatted)" of cross reference field are lost.
