About Dialog in normal and high contrast mode

The About dialog (menu Help - About OpenOffice.org) displays the same picture in normal and high contrast mode: about.png

There should be a high contrast version of this image.

Ten years later, it should be noted that "high contrast mode" is obsolete and should be replaced by a dark mode (or "dark theme", as even Windows has a dark theme nowadays)

High Contrast mode is not obsolete, it is necessary for visually impaired persons.

But we need a Dark mode additionally, as well as an icon set suited for it...

"Obsolete" meant AOO handling of HC (ends up setting HC on desktops with dark theme but no HC). On modern system, HC is not even a Theme switch (and not even bound to a dark one, as there are light HC themes). On Windows 11 even the switch on Settings has been removed and HC is handled through contrast themes.
