Text Import function should allow to to set the field "text delimiter" to none.
currently only ' and " allowed and this makes impossible to import files were a field has mixed quotes.

a dummy example:
Id,Name
1,Foo's 24" Bars

That is a combo field, not a simple drop-down list. You can erase the character or enter another one. So feature is already there :)
