Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, waited a few months, uninstalled again, reinstalled. BLAH BLAH BLAH. It is a bit annoying.

NOT reproducible with server installation of "AOO 3.4.1 – German UI / German locale [AOO341m1(Build:9593) - Rev.1372282]" on WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile

This MIGHT be AOO related, but I think there is something wrong un user's PC.

@Laura Valandro:
If you don't even tell your WIN version it's difficult to help you, we need precise information!
Please add all information requested in following:
f) add information
  f3) concerning your PC
  f4) concerning your Operating System (Version, Distribution, Language)
  f5) concerning your AOO localization (UI language, Locale setting)
  f7) how you launch AOO and how you opened the sample document
  f8) Whether your problem persists when you renamed your user profile
     before you launch AOO (please see
     <https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#User_profile_location>)
  f9) Whether that worked in former OOO / AOO Versions

For f8 you should try
f81) Rename User Profile folder from "...\AppData\Roaming\OpenOffice.org\3" to "...\AppData\Roaming\OpenOffice.org\3_X" before you launch LibO

If that does not help:

f82) In your AOO program folder make a backup copy of file "bootstrap.ini" and modify "UserInstallation=$SYSUSERCONFIG/OpenOffice.org/3" (or what ever you will find there, please leave a note here) to "UserInstallation=$ORIGIN/../Data/settings" and tell your results here.
