I found this with  "AOO 4.0.0-Dev – German UI / locale [AOO400m2(Build:9701)  -  AOO400m2(Build:9701)  -  Rev. 1497734 Rev.1496828  2013-06-28]" on WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", Common 4.0-dev User Profile, Scale 130%:

In Writer Sidebar a Label will stay truncated at the right end although maximum sidebar width has been reached.
I know, bad example because that label is wrong due to Bug 122633, but same with other labels and elements in Writer and Draw

This issue is related to 
* menu 'Tools -> Options -> Viewing -> Scale'
* UI Language
* UI Font

This is essentially the same problem as bug 122635.
