Steps:
1. Open a Text Database (CSV type)
2. Select a table in Tables pane, and click "Edit" from context menu (Table Design window displays)
3. Try to add a new field

Actual result: unable to do it
Expected result: able to do it as the behavior in a DB2 table and a Embedded database table
