This bug was tested Apache OpenOffice v4.0 running in windows 7 and XP. It appears that AOO loses formatting when importing MS .pptx files. I have attached an example.

Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Download pptx file from: https://skydrive.live.com/view.aspx?resid=9FBE63963526EB25!411&app=PowerPoint&authkey=!AN5Q_kKPvn2eWUQ
2. Open Contoso-Presentation.pptx document in Impress
2. Open Contoso-Presentation.pptx document in PowerPoint 2007/Office 365
3. Compare the documents. 

Note that the bottom right page numbers 1, 2, and 3 are right justified, but AOO incorrectly puts the numbers on the left side. If you use MSO to save as a .ppt file, the AOO .ppt importer will correctly put the page numbers on the right.

This is only page 2, with all other slide and pictures removed to reduce the file size.

also reproduced with OOo 3.3.0 -> adjusting field Version accordingly.
