Missing Region field in user data (Tools>Options>OpenOffice>User Data).

No region dedicated setting is there. 
It seems the author of the thread uses en-UK localized one. State field is not shown for non en-US locale for UI.

Even with an en-US UI, no such field, see attachment.

Confirm means confirm bug, not confirm existence of region field.

True also for Rev. 1505643 Win 7
