Dell Inspiron laptop: In Draw, after selecting a Text box for new text or editing existing, text disappears then any pre-existing text re-appears after each letter typed. After clicking away from box modified text appears, although sometimes there are old characters still there that should have been deleted. Very difficult to edit.

This one might be a DUP of "Bug 123003 - Text invisible while editing in particular old documents"

Please attach a sample document and a more detailed step by step instruction. 
Can you please also contribute some test results? In description 1d you see that I only saw that problem in particular documents.

This appears in documents originated in versions earlier than 4.0.0.
Copying into new draw document and updating items clears fault.

Reporter's observations are very similar, so I mark this one as DUP for now.

Please feel free to reopen this Bug if you find evidence that we have an independent issue here  (for example because the fix for the other bug does not work for you).
