Bulgarian (bg) does not have a Pootle project for 4.x:

It should be created. The existing 3.4.1 project seems untouched and can probably be removed without migration.

Bulgarian is now available on Pootle

added recent translation from pootle into code (trunk)

It will be integrated into 4.2.

changes product to internationalisation
