I have two pc - window 7 os - the Open Office spreadsheet on one computer will take import calc from the Thinkorswim platform for real time entry - but on my other computer with windows 7 os it won't take it - why?  I uninstalled and reinstalled.  Tech support at TOS says it's because Apache is an open source - they have not control over this.

Please specify steps to reproduce the bug.

This needs to be debugged via the Thinkorswim support process.  There is no reproducible bug for us to look at here.
