On Windows 7 64-bit with ia2 branch with AT activated
AOO410m1(Build:9750)  -  Rev. 1538508

Steps:
1 New a Writer/Calc/Presentation
2.Focus on Text property by F6 on sidebar, Focus on Bold/Italic property and more options...etc by "Tab" Key 
Expected: Focused value should be identified
Actual: Focused value can't be identified

Do you mean the button that opens the character formatting dialog? I can confirm that it gets exposed as a button, but has no accessible name.
