As reported on the users and dev list by Larry Gusaas and discussed on https://forum.openoffice.org/en/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=65969&p=293140 :

Files exported as .docx from Pages 5 always crash OpenOffice 4.0.1 (and also OpenOffice 3.4.1).

I don't have a DOCX created with Pages 5 available, but someone will hopefully attach a minimal example here.

Note: this may or may not be related to https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=123731 (it was discussed in the same thread on the users list).

as long as we have no sample document the crash is not reproducible.
Thus, I added keyword 'needmoreinfo' and applied status 'unconfirmed'

sample document available and crash reproduced by hdu
--> removing keyword 'needmoreinfo'; status = 'confirmed'

Tried on win7 with 'AOO410m1(Build:9750)  -  Rev. 1569541', loads with no crash. I get the foloowing assertions, though:

this crash has the same root cause as bug 124058 and is solved for the next release by the code change made for bug 124058.
