Steps how to reproduce Reproducible with "AOO 4.0.1   – German UI / German locale  [Rev. 1524958 2013-09-20 11:40:29]" on  German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", “historic”  4.0  User Profile used for all  predecessor versions:

1. open new Draw Document from AOO start center
2. If necessary click Navigator Icon in Standard Toolbar to activate Navigator
   > Navigator shows 2 active Icons "Drag Mode" and "Show Shapes" 
3. Move mouse pointer to Icon "Drag Mode" right from small ▼ arrow
4. Push Mouse left button
   > Pull-down with 1 item and checkbox appears
5. Release mouse button
   Expected: Pull-down stays so that you can check or uncheck
   Actual: Pull-down disappears

Additional info:
----------------
(a) works fine if you click into center area of icon
(b) Same with "Show Shapes" icon
(c) Old issue, already with OOo 1.1.5
(d) Does not matter whether Navigator is docked or not 
(e) Same in Impress (of course)
(f) I can't remember to have seen that with any other icon
(g) "Drag Mode" icon works fine in Writer and Calc
(h) Still the same in LibO 4.1.3
(i) Reproducible with LibO 3.5.7.2 Build 350m1(Build:2) on UBUNTU 
    Linux 12.04 x64 (VirtualBox), so OS = All
