Fontwork Dialog AOO 4.1 and 3.4.1

AOO 4.1 r1558424_de, default options

Open Draw
insert Text using "T" symbol
click with right mousebutton on the textframe and choose "Fontwork" from contextmenu
notice that the baseline shapes are missing

It is impossible to change the shape of the text baseline to match semicircles, arcs, circles, as described in AOO-Help for previous Fontwork Dialog.

Works as expected in AOO 3.4.1 (see attached Screenshot)

The predefined paths were removed with bug r119178. But it seems, that people use this predefined paths in this workflow: Type a text with the T tool, then click 'Fontwork'. There has been a similar report at the forum http://de.openoffice.info/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=63087.

I do not know a good UI solution, to provide these predefined paths and on the other hand emphasize the feature to write text along any path. So it might be best to reactivate the predefined paths in the dialog till a better UI is found.
