Open Office .odt is not permitting me to look at the version it is. It is defaulting to a screen that tells me:

 "The last time you opened OpenOffice, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again?

If you choose not to reopen windows, you may have to open and position the windows yourself.

Offers two buttons, both of wich the application ignores when i click on them even after i did so many many times. Just turning off the computer and turning it on again has not worked either. I am using a MacBook Pro. Mavericks system.

I cannot use the icon to open it. everytime i go into Finder on my mac to work with a document (edit, copy paste) the error pops up. I use it for passwords storage, and it is not opening my business website with the copy-paste of my intricate password.

Stopping the application is not working either.

My phone number is 530-643-1112.
Please call. I do not know when i will be in a area that offers wifi.

With some criminalistic serendipity I found oout that reporter might have used a MAC

Probably DUP of "Bug 123681 - UNRESPONSIVE WARNING WINDOW, PROGRAM CAN NOT EXPORT TO RESCUE DATA, ONLY FORCE QUIT WILL CLOSE"

@Reporter:
This is the AOO Issue Tracker system, not a helpdesk! You can get help from the public users mailing list users@openoffice.org or on the forum at <http://user.services.openoffice.org/en/forum/>
