1)Insert->Object-> Plug-in...
2)Enter some text eg" xyx" in File/URL or without entering any text in File/URL textfield
3)Click on Browse button

Error :
"The component(com.sun.star.plugin.PluginManager) could not be loaded" on browse action in Insert plugin dialog
