very small diagram in chart

1. new a spread sheet
2. input some text in cells
3. create a chart with the cells

issue:
the diagram area is very small in the chart.

Reproducible with "AOO 4.0.1 Release – German UI / German locale [AOO401m5(Build:9714)  -  Rev. 1524958 2013-09-20 11:40:29]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", “historic” 4.0 User Profile used for all predecessor versions	

Additional info:
(a) problem only appears when newly create a chart for a data area what
    only contains strings.
(b) A single Number at any place in the data table (when create chart) 
    heals the problem 
(c) also not a problem when create chart for empty cells area
(d) Already  Reproducible with server installation of "AOO 3.4.0 – German UI
    / German locale [AOO340m1(Build:9590) - Rev.1327774]" on 
    German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile
(e) Was still ok with sever installation of "OOo 3.3.0 English UI 
    / German locale [OOO330m20 (Build 9567)]" on WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)DE 
(f) Affected versions open sample document with very small chart wall in 
    chart, not affected ones show normal size for chart wall

This one might be related to or DUP of "Bug 123277 - Newly created chart set to minimized state after successful creation"

After having found Bug 123277  I did some more research
(g) Due to my tests the effect is limited to very few very anomalous 
    start conditions for Chart:
(g1) only single empty cell as data range
(g2) only string contents for all chart data table range
(h) Leave OS=ALL due to results in Bug 123277
(i) "Trivial" due to very anomalous start conditions required to provoke the
    effect
