Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new writer document
2. insert any hyperlink
3. try to mark the hyperlink with the mouse
4. you have the following behaviour:
Marking works, if you start before or behind the hyperlink.
But if you start marking inside the hyperlink, because if you want to highlight a special part of it, it doesn't work and the mouse cursor changes.
Marking with the keyboard works in every way.

I can confirm this defect on Windows 7, too.
It is also reproducible in OOo 3.0.0, OOo 3.3.0 and AOO 3.4.0.

On hold-left-mouse-click into a hyperlink the mode directly change to 'dragging the hyperlink'. Without having a deeper look I think that the feature to be able to drag-and-drop a hyperlink contradicts with the possibility to select a certain part of a hyperlink via the mouse.
