Reproduce step:
1) New a Spreadsheet document
2) Save to a ODS format and reload

Defect: a error message pop up "Not all attributes could be read" even for a empty ODS

Test ENV: AOO 4.1 beta, revision 1573601, MAC 10.9 64 bit
