Reproduce step:

1) New writer document and input two paragraphs.
2) Press F11 to open Styles dialog
3) Assign the first paragraph to Heading 1 style and the second Heading 2 style.
4) From main menu, click 'Insert-)Index and Tables-)Indexes and Tables...' to pop-up 'Insert Index/Table' dialog.
5) Click OK button

Defect: a 'General Error' message will popup. But there's no problem on Windows 7

@Clarence:
Could you please check, if this defect has the same cause as issue 124426?
Issue 124426 had a fixed library attached which you can use in order to determine, if this issue has the same root cause.

Is the TOC inserted correctly after confirming the error message?
Comment 2 Edwin Sharp 2014-03-31 08:13:46 UTC
No problem with
AOO410m14(Build:9760)  -  Rev. 1581281
2014-03-26_04:11:07 - Rev. 1581686
Debian
Comment 3 Clarence GUO 2014-03-31 08:19:38 UTC
Yes, Oliver, after close the error message, the TOC can be inserted correctly
Comment 4 Clarence GUO 2014-03-31 08:26:52 UTC
@Oliver,
yes, the problem was fixed by replacing the libraptor.1.dylib mentioned in Issue 124426.
So I set resolved duplicate to 124426
