1. In Format/PageStyle/Headlines I changed right border to zero, distance to 0.20 cm an high of the Headlines to 1.30 cm and eliminated the hook on "High dynamic" !

2. I saved the file and exit Open Office

3. I started OO again and opened the file

4. Format/PageStyle/Headlines is not showed as saved, but is changed to 1.29 cm right border, 0.94 cm distance, 0.10 cm high and the hook on "High dynamic" is set

From the given screen shot I conclude that the spreadsheet document had been exported to Microsoft Office Excel's binary file format (*.xls).

I can confirm that the mentioned Page Header attributes are not exported or imported as expected. Main root cause seems to be that Microsoft Office Excel and OpenOffice differ here. Thus, the Page Header attributes needs to be mapped from OpenOffice to Microsoft Office Excel.

I reproduced the described behavior in OOo 3.3.0 under Windows 7
