Update Hebrew (he) translation from Pootle for AOO 4.1.1

This is the tracking issue for the Hebrew (he) translation of Apache OpenOffice, that functions as a request to update the translation from Pootle, on the nearest possible release/version. NOTES: The current translation in Pootle (https://translate.apache.org/he/aoo40/) is better than the one planned to be released as 4.1. Hence, if you'd like to suggest a translation fix, or improvement, through Pootle, remember that some phrases have been fixed, already. If you're not sure of your translation fix, and would like second opinion, send your translation in Pootle as "Suggestion". Otherwise, use "Submit". For any doubts or support requests, please write to the L10N mailing list (l10n@openoffice.apache.org); you should also consider subscribing to it, to be notified of replies by other Hebrew translators. Setting target to 4.2.0, but this will be done for the next release, whatever version it is. This is part of the expected pre-release updates.

gsicheck showed many errors that should be fixed, see http://people.apache.org/~jsc/translation/he_error.txt for details On Pootle you can search for the ids, e.g. for par_id3145171/2 search for par_id3145171.2. Ensure that you have select the "location" search field.
@jsc (Juergen?), thanks, I'll find & replace problematic tags. It seems there are still many escaped < and > chars, which I overlooked in my previous fix.

Can you please try again, and send an updated error report, if exists?
