Description Rainer Bielefeld 2014-05-03 15:07:53 UTC
Steps how to reproduce with server installation of "AOO 4.1.0-dev – English UI / German locale - [AOO410m14(Build:9760) - Rev. 1583418 2014-05-03]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile

1. From AOO Start Center open blank new Calc Document
2. Menu 'Data -> Filter': Item 'Remove Filter' is without icon

If you add that function to a new or existing toolbar also on icon will be offered as expected.

I apply Icon mentioned in Subject line in my toolbars and can not see any disadvantage to use that icon by default

Was this screenshot taken with OpenOffice?
There is no *datafilterremovefilter*.png in main/default_images/res/commandimagelist

but there is *removefilter*.png:

Yes, screenshot is from current German 4.1.0 Release. I cited Tooltip name, may be the .png have completely different names.

I wonder why we have this icon 3 times in that icon selector, for me indistinguishable.
Comment 5 Edwin Sharp 2014-05-04 07:40:08 UTC
Confirmed with
AOO410m18(Build:9764) - Rev. 1589052
2014-04-22 12:11 - Linux x86_64

To find the icon which is to be shown, the .uno command name is used. Therefore each .uno command needs its own icon, although the picture itself is the same.

To reduce the number of icons and use the same icon for similar actions, this mapping has to be changed.
