Steps how to reproduce with "AOO 4.0.1 – German UI / German locale [AOO401m3(Build:9712) - Rev. 1520285 2013-09-05 13:52:01]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", Common 4.0 User Profile:

Simply open attachment, picture in right table cell will show the problem.

This problem might be the one of "Issue 119503 - [From Symphony]Picture display incorrectly one properties contour is checked", "73158 - WW8: graphics from 3rd party doc imported with "contour wrap"" or some else, but the summaries and comments there are too rare to decide

If I insert a picture Wrap → Contour is disabled until I have used Wrap → Edit contour…

If there are no steps HOW the contour was created I don't see any bug.

I have managed to reproduce this issue using the following specifications :

Windows 10
Intel(R)Core(TM)2 Duo CPU @ 2.93 GHz
6 GB RAM
GeForce GTX 650 Ti

I was using the latest Open Office build :
AOO420m1(Build:9800) - Rev. 1692551
Rev.169255

The bug can be reproduced without the file attached by the user. It doesn't seem to be related to tables as a simple image
can reproduce this. The repro steps for the bug are :

- create a new document
- import an image and copy and paste it
- in the Wrap apply the same settings for both images
- select Before and Contour and notice that only the first image will get corrupted.

While investigating this bug i tried various image files like jpeg, png, tiff and giff. It seems the issue reproduces when the image has a background and that causes the image to get corrupted. PNG images do not have a background thus they do not reproduce this bug.

PNG - not reproducible
TIFF - not reproducible
GIF - not reproducible

GIF doesn't seem to be supported in the Writer and displays a static image. Changing the wrap does not reproduce the bug
altough the static image has a background. It displays the picture correctly.

While testing i have also noticed that the issue only happens on the first picture introduced in the document. Using a second
image with the same settings will not get corrupted.

Steps to reproduce :

- import an image and copy and paste it
- in the Wrap apply the same settings for both images
- select Before and Contour and notice that only the first image will get corrupted.

More images can get corrupted if they are selected and the settings are changed for all images :

- select all images
- change them all to Before and Contour

Please see the screenshots attached.

I was able to reproduce this issue for some cases.

My setup is:
Openoffice 4.1.3 AOO413m1(Build:9783) - Rev. 1761381
Windows 10 Home 64 bit
8 GB RAM
i7 core, GTX 860M

Steps taken:

1. Open a new file in Open Office
2. Import an image file
3. Set a contour for the image
4. Remove contour and then reapply contour

Expected result: Image should become corrupted.

Results:
For JPEG images I was able to reproduce this issue. I was also able to reproduce this issue for TGA files. I also tested PNG, TIFF, GIF, BitMaps, PBM, PCX, and all of those did not produce the issue.

Additionally I opened the test file provided and encountered the same issue.

I am also able to reproduce the problem by simply opening the proviced sample.odt. If I activate the conture on the left image, then the left image is also corrupted.
