1. Apply comment to any text fragment (new function in AOO 4.1.0).
2. If this document contains table or tables, the error ("SEH Exception: ACCESS VIOLATION") occurs when:
a) select one or more cells and use mouse wheel for move up or down;
b) select some cells (every time number of it is different: 1, 2, 12 etc.).

I can confirm the described defect.

The defect is somehow caused by the comment/annotation attached to a text range.

Taking over this issue to have a closer look

Selecting the table cells after adding a comment does not cause any error
Tested under Windows 7 SP1 x64
