Reproduction file of the problem

Step.
1:I open file "shape".
2:An object moves to the left when I change the zoom rate to "90%".
3:An object moves to the right when I change the zoom rate to "80%".


If the column width is not uniform, it is to occur.
Even if change the zoom rate, please hold the position of an object.

It is a view problem. Neither internal property "Anchor" nor "Position" change. When zoom increases, the rectangle moves in small steps to the right, then jumps left in a large steps, and again moves in small steps to the right etc.

I see this behavior in current build and in my build of branch AW080.
