Paragraph with margins inside a section.

Open attached document.
(1)
For sections the properties margin-top and margin-bottom do not exist. Therefore I expect, that the section boundaries are close to the above and below paragraph. That is not the case for the bottom boundary.
(2)
The paragraph inside the section has set paragraph margins of 1cm. These margins should be inside the section and show the background color of the section, because margin areas are transparent. This does not work for top and bottom.
(3)
The distance between the paragraph above the section and the paragraph inside the section is too large. The paragraph above the section has no margin, the paragraph in the section has a margin of 1cm, the section itself has no margin top, therefore the distance should be 1cm between paragraph above and paragraph border of the paragraph in the section, but it is about 1.5cm.

Using a laptop with Windows 10 operating system, I attempted to duplicate what was described in the bug report. The attempted document is attached at the top.

I started by setting the margins of the page to 0.5 cm (.2 in) because this is what the original report suggested was the page settings.
1.	Open Open Office Writer
2.	Clicked on Text Document to create a new document
3.	Selected Page -> Margin (On right hand side of the document)
4.	Set all the Margins to be .2in

From there I attempted to duplicate what was described in the report.
(1)	First Part
These are the steps I performed
1.	Type something
2.	Go to a new line
3.	 Insert -> Section -> Insert
4.	Type something below the section posted
Result: I did not notice a difference with the section boundaries that was reported. I tried it multiple times saving as different files (ie. .rtf, .odt, .doc, and .txt), and I did not notice what was originally described as a bug.

(2)	Second part
These are the steps I performed
1.	Format -> Page
2.	Select Purple 1
3.	Insert -> Section
4. Inside the Section options go to the indents tab and set it to .2 inches
5.	Under Backgrounds set the section to be Yellow 1
       Result: When I performed these steps, I noticed that the left and right margins appeared purple 1 instead of yellow 1. They should be shown as yellow 1 since they are still part of the section color.

(3)	Third Part
These are the steps I performed
1.	Insert -> Section
2.	Indents set before and after to .0
3. While the cursor is in the section just created
4.	Insert -> Section
5.	Indents set before and after to .2
       Result: There is no change in the distance between the two bottom boundaries of the sections. The sections appear to have been either separated into two distinct sections instead of one inside the other or to have no distance between the outside bottom boundary and the words typed in the inner one. There should have been a 1cm (.2 in) space from the bottom line to the words.

Attempt to duplicate bug

This attempt shows the bugs for part 2 and 3, and shows that there was no bug for part 1.
