Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 125384
Graphics lost on prints and pdf
Last modified: 2014-08-13 00:08:31 UTC
Since Version 4.1.0 all Graphics which were logos ad the Head of a Writer Formular will be loosed by printing out or making an pdf out of it. I changed back to version 4.0.1 and all is ok. I have proofed that graphics has to be printed at the adjustments of the programm. I have checked, wether the graphics are at the front layer. This was all ok. I also tested different fixings of the graphics to positions without a good result. I am using Windows 8.1 and Microsoft Office 2010. I have looked for ADO 4.1.0 for download, but this version is not to use for Windows 8! The only way at the moment is to convert the odt file into a doc file and to print it out with MS Word or change it to pdf with MS Word (2010). So I decided to delete the OOO 4.1.0 Version and going back to version 4.0.1 which is functionally ok. I am using OOO since the beginning and its the first time, I have problems with it! What could be the problem with 4.1.0 or what I am doing wrong?
Please attach a test document, including the logos.
I've got a document private. The pictures are EPS. Picture file starts with: VCLMTF ... %!PS-Adobe-2.0 EPSF-1.2. The problem is independent from anchoring to header, but can be seen too, when the pictures are inserted into a Draw document. OOo3.2.1 prints the pictures, AOO4.1.1 does not print the pictures, printing with the same PC and same printer.
