To verify this issue follow the steps
1.create the database
2.open the form in design view
3.then select any spread sheet and copy some text  and paste it into form
4.Then go to "OLE-object tool bar" and click on the  TOP OPTION, it is working
                Then click on the CENTER OPTION, it is not working
                Then click on the BOTTOM OPTION, it is not working
