Open Writer, open Help, in the "Find" tab search "cross-references" and select the "Cross-references" page.

Displayed text:

To access this command... Choose Insert - Fields - Other - Cross-references tab Choose Insert - Referenced Field

The latter is clearly wrong and the correct one would be Insert - Cross reference.

String to be fixed is in http://opengrok.adfinis-sygroup.org/source/xref/aoo-trunk/main/helpcontent2/source/text/swriter/00/00000404.xhp line 83.

This one is fixed. Indeed, as oooforum wrote, we have some more proposed changes at
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=123246
that are suitable for integration. I'll post some details there in case Deborah wants to work on it.
