In the attached file, I have tried to show the problems with indenting 
paragraphs correctly. I am unable to adjust the hanging indent without 
simultaneously moving the first line indent.




Also, the default spacing between numbers and text should be increased, 
currently the text seems to be too close to the numbers. Alos, if I have numbers 
like 8,9,10,11, the four paragrapahs will not be aligned if the text is so 
tightly aligned to the numbers.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".

Comment:  I prefer to do my own indexing & indenting. I wish for an option by which the automatic I&I are turned off permanently.
