I find the icon that says numbering symbols to be confusing. It is very similar 
to the Bullets on/ off icon. 




How about replacing the "numbering symbols" icon with an icon that has 1) and a 
bullet because that icon takes care of all the formatting for all bulleted and 
numbered lists.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
