the some records polis column in start lines have exp form

I enter numbers of inshurance certificates in text field, and make format "text" in this column, but some of records (i marked, that they finished by zero, transferred to exp: 7791299728000960 right format but  same are keeping like this  7,79719974700084E+015, even I manually changed it, and closed file, when open, some of the fixed records (but not all)return to exponential form.
