Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 125792
CRASH when open Web page
Last modified: 2015-02-13 14:52:14 UTC
Observed with AOO420m1(Build:9800) - Rev. 1623875 Rev.1623875: 1. Launch AOO 2. In menu 'Tools -> Options -> General' activate "use AOO file dialog" 3. Menu 'file -> Open' 4. copy-paste above mentioned URL to file name input line of dialog -> [open] > Crash Crash also happens with OS file dialog, but needs longer to crash. I thought that I already saw or even reported this problem, but I can't find a DUP Might affect only text pages, <http://www.ohwow.de/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/hmauslachtsich_1.jpg> will not cause a crash Was ok with 4.1.1
Created attachment 84111 [details] backgrond color not rendered AOO420m1(Build:9800) - Rev. 1626099 2014-09-22_04:09:16 - Rev. 1626666 (Why shows this version two different revision numbers? Will update to a newer one.) Ubuntu/Linux 64 bit no crash. But AOO 4.2.0 doesn't render the background color of the table cell. Look at the attached picture: AOO 4.1.1 behind AOO 4.2.0 shows the backgrond color.
Wow, 1 review for a crash within 1/4 year for a crash - impressing! Also AOO420m1(Build:9800) - Rev. 1643177 crashes for me if I Copy / Paste URL <https://rrbdpublic.wordpress.com/2014/12/14/schone-rundwanderung-im-sudwesten-hildesheims/> into file name input line of AOO file open dialog. Also crashes if I copy/paste complete page contents of that web page into empty new browser document.
It is likely a problem with WebDAV. Using the link http://unladen-swallow.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/LICENSE given in https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=83531 it crashes too. For the link given by Rainer Bielefeld in comment#2 I get error messages: Error: Parser destructed with existing content (!) From File C;/AOO_debugbuild_420/trunk/main/ucb/source/ucp/webdav/webdavresponseparser.cxx at Line 396 Error: WebDAV Parse error (!) From File C:/AOO_debugbuild_420/trunk/main/ucb/source/ucp/webdav/webdavresponseparser.cxx at Line 857 The link given in field 'URL' crashes immediately.
