Screen shot of wizard window problem

When I start any wizard in Writer the top half of the wizard window that opens appears off screen. See attachment. All other windows, documents, etc. constrain to the proper parameters. I can't get my cursor up there off screen to grab the header of the window and relocate it so every time I want to use a wizard I have to reconfigure my computer to a single monitor, run the wizard, then reconfigure back to the extended desktop mode. This didn't seem to be be a problem in earlier versions of Writer, but I'm not exactly sure with which update this issue started occurring.

Another example of strange position

I confirm the wizard displays at an inconvenient position.
In my case, monitor 1 at right is 1920x1200 pixels, monitor 2 at left is 1280x1024 pixels. The wizard window is positioned at top, and overlaps the two monitors. In my case I can still move the wizard window.

This is independent of the position of the initial OpenOffice window. It may be a consequence of bug 124648.
